Tea Reservation Policies

​

Tea Reservation Policy:

  • All of our tea times are by reservation only.

  • We require pre-payment in full to secure your reservation. Please allow 72 hours to be contacted for payment.

  • Tea time is 90 minutes in length and we ask that you arrive promptly at the time of your reservation.

  • We prepare daily, especially for you and your guests. 

  • No gifts/games or party decor is permitted in the Tearoom.

Special Dietary Restrictions:

  • We offer nut free, gluten sensitive (additional up charge), and vegetarian menus only.

  • We cannot accommodate dairy free or vegan.

  • Please note that we do our very best to keep allergens separate; however, there is always a chance of cross contamination since we use nuts and wheat/gluten in our kitchen.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once your reservation is secure, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

  • For changes to your reservation, we will try our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee we will have availability.

  • We prepare daily for each guest. Due to the size of our venue and a small staff, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We do not honor cancellations after a reservation has been made.
